How to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with the order and want to return it, please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. Please contact support@zacopo.com. We will process your order within 1-5 working days, and if the return is approved, you will be notified.
Please note that all returns must be in original condition and packaged intact.
Do I need to pay for shipping for return orders?
Yes, all return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
What if the ordered item is defective, incorrect or damaged?
Please contact our customer service team within 3 days after the order delivery date. In order to speed up your claim, please provide product photos as proof of damage item. We will process all claims as quickly as possible to ensure that you get replacement parts for free.
How long does the return process take?
From the date we receive your returned item, it may take up to 3 working days to process the return. The payment will appear in your account within 5 to 7 days and we will notify you via email to confirm that your return order has been processed.
Note: We do not accept returns of undamaged or incorrectly delivered products.
