GENERAL INFORMATION:

Prices for all our items are in US DOLLAR ($).
For some products, there could be 1 to 2 cm (0.4-0.8") differences due to manual measurement. There could also be slight differences in the color tone of the website's photos and the actual item due to lighting effects/angles, monitor's brightness/contrast settings etc.
If you want to check the status of the order, please provide the order number and contact support@zacopo.com.

We will process your order within 1-2 working days.

SHIPPING METHOD

All our products are shipped from our nearest warehouses via secured shipping and handling.
Shipping cost is $2.99.

TAX

We will not charge tax in the United States.

If you have ordered multiple items from us, it is very likely that these items will be shipped in multiple packages. Because we will try our best to reduce your costs so that you don’t have to pay high taxes for your items.

FAQ:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.


WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?

  • You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us.


WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Please note that tracking information will be displayed 8-10 business days after being updated due to Customs. After that, when trying to track for the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you cannot find information about your package, please track again later, if after that time you are still not able to track it, please contact support@zacopo.com.


WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?

  • Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.


Note:

  1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  2. Shipping Time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
  3. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
  4. If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact our Customer Support (email: support@zacopo.com) within 30 days after your order was placed.
