- How long is handling time?
We process orders within 24 hrs. after receiving full payment.
All Orders will be shipped with tracking.
- USA Orders: It takes 5 to 15 business days to deliver depends on the product as we have a few warehouses stocking for different products. Some items might be shipped with our factory and that will take longer to deliver (around 10 to 15 days)
- Canadian Orders: It takes 10 to 15 business days to deliver.
- UK Orders: It takes 8 to 15 business days to deliver.
- Europe: Estimated delivery time is 14-21 days
- Rest of the world: Estimated delivery time is 25-60 days

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your purchase, we are always here to help. You can exchange or get a full refund 30 calendar days from the day you received your item for any unopened and unused items. We want to make all our customers happy. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping when the product is not defective.
30 Day Return Policy
We have a strong 30 day return policy upon receiving your item(s). You may return the item only within 30 days of receiving the item as long as it is NOT used and remains in the original packaging. Please note buyer will be responsible to pay for return shipping.
After 30 days we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We want to make sure your buying experience remains pristine.
We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an email to email@example.com within 30 days upon receiving the item. After 30 days we will NOT be able to refund any items.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the case is deemed valid, Zacopo will cover related cost to reimburse.

Modifications on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of purchases and before orders are fulfilled.
